| Aladdin and his 1001 Lanterns Achmed ibn Yusuf (aka Stone Soup's David Doyle), pictured right, performed stories from the Arabian Nights, including the Wondrous Adventures of Aladdin, Ali Baba, and Sinbad. He also introduced all of the groups involved in the lantern procession as they paraded through the streets of Liskeard. The event culminated in the switching on of the town's Christmas Lights, and a Fantastic Fireworks Display. |
